Garlic ( Allium sativum L) is one of genus sp which propagated vegetatively. In vegetative propagation, virus the major diseases. However, it has been approved that OYDV Onion Yellow Dwarf Virus ) can be eliminated through unconventional propagation techniques. The aim this research was to evaluate effect explant, variety and heat treatment on growth development explants dealing with elimination. conducted IVEGRI tissue culture laboratory from May September 2018. designed using combination between explant types e.g. meristem (E1) shoot tip (E2), (37 0 C) for 1 month, varieties Lumbu Hijau (V1); Tawang Mangu (V2); Putih (V3). composition media consisted MS + vitamine Sucrose 30 g L -1 IAA 2 mg Kinetin mgL GA30.01 Gel gro gL , pH 5.7 were used as growth. results concluded size, affected percentage proliferation. bigger size used, higher resulted. From average number shoots, leaves roots, also suggested type development. Moreover, shown contamination 10 WAP ranged 20% 55% generally caused by bacteria. testing plantlets DAS ELISA Serology technique showed infected cultures 22.22% 60 %.
